Prodotia iostoma, Gray in Griffith & Pidgeon,1834

Taille: 21 mm.

Small shell uncommon in collections and a curious name: Prodotia iostoma or iostomus. Difficult to identify with certainty but I didn 't find better! Originally from the Indian Ocean but obtained the annual World Fellowship of the AFC (2009). This form is to Malaysia, the African coasts ( Mozambique channel, Réunion island) would not have longitudinal ribs. Size: 21 mm.
